The apartment is corner with 3 air directions and very bright and airy !!! The apartment, which is about 50 m in size, is attached to a garden of 25 meters, paved with a comfortable and spacious sitting area, and the other half of the garden is covered with a well maintained lawn. The apartment has underground parking and adjacent to the elevator parking that leads directly to the apartment. The apartment consists of two rooms - a bedroom and a living room - plus a spacious bathroom and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cookers, microwave + grill as well as pots, plates and cups. The project includes a laundry room and dryers used by the tenants. Adjacent to a bus station project used to reach the train, to Tel Aviv and to the city center of Herzliya.

We, Danny and Hedy, are friendly and warm people who have traveled extensively throughout the world and are highly aware of hospitality and service. As a speaker for many languages (5) it is easy to communicate with us and allow our guests to feel immediately in a friendly and warm place. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our garden apartment is located in the Marina Village project in Herzliya. Herzliya is located in the center of the State of Israel and adjacent to Tel Aviv and both are located along the Mediterranean coast. The garden apartment is adjacent to an open swimming pool that is only for the residents of the Marina Village. A 24 hour security project, a well-equipped gym, and a children's pool in addition to the large pool. In addition, the shopping center "Arena" and supermarket are open 7 days a week and allow recreation and shopping including the daily needs.
