The Hotel Staff is amazing we had problems with booking and they helped us through everything. You can always come to them and ask for anything, and they will try their very best to make your stay as Amazing as possible. The food is also really good and splits into meaty and milky food days to keep the hotel kosher, but even as a non Religous person, you will always find some tasty things you like. The rooms are big and luxurious, the beds are very comfortable and the view is amazing, everything is very clean and gets cleaned every day, even when we were in the room almost the entire day once they just quietly slid in when they knew we were out and made the bed and bathroom ready. To put it in the amazing hotel manager doubis words, " As soon as you enter the front door, you are considered family" and that's really what it feels like. We had an amazing time at this hotel and hope we can soon come back.

Natania is modern city with beatiful beach and half an hour driving distance to Tel Aviv, if there is no traffic. Not much activities there for tourist. So visit relatives, and go on to other places in Israel.

It is important to know how international hotels are before you book them. This was culturally very different than we expected from the website and perhaps we should/could have found this out earlier. Having said that the staff were good and tried hard to meet out needs during our stay. The climate in Israel is hot and it is a great place to visit.

Netanya has some excellent beaches, some good restaurants, a lively pedestrianised zone (sometimes with impromptu music/dancing. A few parts are a bit scruffy which betrays Israel's Middle-East location. Safe!
The centre is easy to get around, no car needed, but some of the better restaurants, shopping mall etc, are 2-3 kms away in direction of South Beach and Ir Yamim, for which transport is useful - but there ar plenty of taxis.

Beautiful place the restaurants on the main strip were deceptive and greedy. They attempted to mark up our bill at everyone of them. We ate off the main strip it was delicious and honest. A lot of French people they were mean spirited and the Muslim community at a few places refuse us service they literally acted like we were not there. They would not ring us up at the counter. The Other people there were very kind and welcoming!

It is challenging as a foreigner to get directions or assistance from the locals. However the beaches are lovely and the ocean is warm. If you are prepared to be a little adventurous you will find good food at fair prices. The established restaurant's along the beach are expensive but the food is good.

People are very unfriendly.
People are very unfriendly. Only the people at Remax and Dead Sea Spa would help me. Someone stole my cellphone. I had to get a message back home that I was OK but would not be able to contact them. Dead Sea Spa lady place a call for me.
The location is great! It's close to the 'kikar' (square, where all the happenings are) and close to the beach, but not so close to be noisy. The staff is very friendly and wants you to have a good stay. Mizpe Yam is a small hotel, so they can really get to know and remember you from the time before. Except for one time when they had no more rooms available, we have always stayed there--and will continue doing so.
Wonderful… I spent a wonderful week in Netanya, the apartment was perfect, it had everything, nice and big, everything I needed. Close to everything, very close to the beautiful beach of Netanya, restaurants, very good food, the best cities I visit in Israel, I will return to Netanya, and I will stay in the same apartment. fully recommended.
After reading the bad comments about the servicies of this hotel I was a bit scared, but to my pleasent surprise the food war excellent, the rooms was clean and comfortable, although not to big. All the receptionists were kind and helpful and we always found parking place nearby. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.
Very happy with my stay. Great location in the center of Netanya. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The receptionists and the people from the bar were very nice and professional. All of them could speak a perfect English. the Ideal place for a business trip in the region. Would definitely stay there again.
The apartment is in an older building overlooking the sea. It is very large for Israel. Sparsely decorated, which is good because there is no clutter. 5 minute walk to the beach, including long stairway down from the street. Hot water reliable. Owners are very nice, but...
We had a lovely stay in two studio apartments. Fantastic views and just a short ten-minute walk to some of the best beaches in Israel. Good location with plenty of parking and a well-stocked convenience store and bakery downstairs. A very good value option in Netanya.
Location was fine; just 15 mins walk from Netanya square, 8 mins from beach. Balcony just about OK for 2 , but small for 3 people; the view was OK but hardly inspiring.
Overall, though, reasonable value for money compared to the extortionate cost of hotel rooms.
Nowadays, it's not trivial to find a nice hotel room in Israel for around 500 shekels. This is small hotel, but the room was modern, with all the facilities, clean, and comfortable. It is small, but for us -- who only needed a place to sleep -- was perfect.
Breakfast was very good, the stuff was very helpful. The hotel is near the beach, The room was quiet. The sheets were changed regularly. The stay in this hotel was worth the money because of the ocean and the sand beach.
It was special, its like a artistic surfing village with so many courses and activities just a great vacation on the beach. the greatest part of Alaya is the employees that hosted us, they were caring and welcoming
1 ) Hotel Location was too good - beach front.
2 ) Hotel Rooms were spacious and balcony was very comfortable with good sea view.
3 ) Bus stop was nearby to go to city markets.
4 ) Breakfast was good.
The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Netanya.
One thing like the most was the security of the hotel, the hotel was only accessible by employees and guests, this is the for anyone to access the lift, he/she must the keys.
This hotel does have a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. The room was spacious. Big selection on their breakfasts. There is free parking in their basement.
Neat and clean, the place had everything we needed. The location was great, near one of the best beaches in Netanya. Our host was lovely and very helpful!
