We used all the services offered by the hotel. The One day laundry, doctor appointment ( my wife was sick), food delivery in our room and lunch bags prepared in advance for our early departure. The personnal was very nice and helpful. They even call a cab and negotiate a better price for our ride. I highly recommend this establishment!

I have been staying at Arya Newas for years. This is the first time I came back after Covid. There are improvements at the hotel . So I ws pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and there are more rooms that have outside windows. People working there are always great. Very helpful. Unbeatable location and value. Book a better room that has outside window.

The hotel is comfortable and serene with a very nice garden to relax in for a tea or coffee and for breakfast (which is good). The rooms were clean, comfortable and tasteful. Laundry service worked as stated, same day and all pressed and clean.

Room was comfortable and had good basic amenities - toiletries, AC/heat and TV. Wifi was pretty decent as well although the process of getting connected is a little more involved than at other hotels. Also really liked the cafe on site - good meals, not too spicy, and quite affordable. I also liked that they had a water kettle in the room and purified water dispensers on each floor.

A good choice if you are looking for stay in traditional haveli of Jaipur. The rooms are clean and staff are very supportive. The Chitra Cafe with a beautiful lawn set up adds beauty to the hotel. You can also experience local artists performing in the morning and evening. A true value for money.
