I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

How to improve a lot with respect to customer satisfaction. AC is not working. Hot. Water is not available everywhere taps leakage. Bed sheets are not properly washed. Towel is also not provided. After asking, they have arranged one which is again not properly washed. There is nothing to say good about it, the room which is provided to me

Financial capital of the area, busy, mixed crowds, mixed vibes. Food joints easily available, metro, taxi, rickshaw easily available. Felt quite safe but be careful with your phones, avoid using phones in a busy area, don’t use phones while walking around (crimes related to phone snatching are prevalent in and around the area).
