Its a very nice place. The staff was very polite and caring. Food quality was really amazing and the portions served was perfect. Ali was a real gen of a person and helped us a lot.

It’s an amazing place.
It’s an amazing place. People are nice and we interacted with both local men and women.Althoughmost tourist places have local men who constantly stare at women and being a family visiting the place, it’s kinda makes women uncomfortable, as women can’t walk alone without having some locals coming after. Also please take taxi stand and insist on receipts and also from hotels too.

Srinagar is best in the summer. We visited end of November and the weather was damp and foggy, not favorable. People are pushy and are very much after tipping or money. In this regards, quality of service is missing. 2 days is enough for Srinagar.

It is a very good hotel, the room offered to me was very spacious and very well maintained i would rate the hotel above 3 star hotel, the staff is really very courteous, the rooms and the lobby area are very well maintained.
