Welcome to 'Villa Calangute- Phase 1' - A 4 bedroom villa located in the heart of Calangute. Phase 1 is the ultimate luxury villa with shared swimming pool. The unique feature the BATHTUB ROOM, a room essentially with only a bathtub and Kohler rain shower which overlooks Holiday Street. You can choose whether to keep the blinds up or down. Another individual feature is an Art Mural depicting traditional scenes from Goa, these little touches will add finesse to your holiday experience... COOKING: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle. Cook can be organised in advance for extra cost. Shared Pool Table + Foosball Table + Carrom Board with Phase 2 villa The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 2. 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site) AC in the living room Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.
