Quiet apparttment, well equipped, excellent communication with owner, friendly, pretty courtyard, good facilities, great shower. Well-located: 10 mins walk to Ortigia, 5 mins walk to good supermarket, 15 - 20 min walk from railway station, 15min walk to archaeological park La Spagoli restaurant was recommended by owner and was a very good recommendation - we went twice. I recommend this apartment.

Just 200 metres from Porto Piccolo harbour, Kyanos Residence is next to Siracusa's catacombs of Santa Lucia Church. Set around a quiet courtyard, it offers air-conditioned apartments with balcony and private entrance. The Greek Theatre and the Roman Amphitheatre are just a 10-minute drive away. The historic centre of Ortygia Island is a 10-minute walk from the residence, across the bridge. The Kyanos is a restored building with modern apartments, furnished with original pieces from the early 20th century. Each unit has a living area with LCD TV, and free WiFi and wired internet. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a curtain. The laundry room is available for free laundry with iron, washing machine and storage luggage. Restaurants and shops are located a short walk away, as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Siracusa Train Station is just 1 km away for trains to Taormina.
