Great location just a stone’s throw from the bridge to Ortiga in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and food stores. Large room on 5th floor with balcony and fantastic long views of the harbor. Well equipped kitchen, and the owner, Salv, is very friendly and eager to give detailed information on what to see. The place is not very well marked, but not hard to find and if you message Salv he’ll be there to meet you.

Excellent location, all attractions are within walking distance. Parking outside the building can be a bit scarce but it’s free if you have patience and manage to find a spot. Salvo is an outstanding host. He was available at all times and provided great tips for local restaurants and attractions off-the-beaten-path. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, it has 2 shared bathrooms, a laundry area, a fridge and a kitchen one can use. Wifi works great all around the apartment. We had a room with an amazing view of the port and Ortigia from the beautiful balcony. We would love to stay here again without a doubt when we return to Siracusa. Grazie mille Salvo!

Location is simply perfect: close to Ortigia entrance but far from the noise. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and the sights from the terrace were amazing. Basic stuff like coffee, cleaning stuff and so was included in the apartment.

The place was really great! It had a great location, our balcony had the most amazing view I have ever seen and our host Salvo was really kind and helpful to us. He gave us a quick summary about the best places to see in the city and also recommended us some restaurants with great prices and really amazing food. Big room, fantastic harbour/ocean view with balcony, very close to Ortigia and lots of gelato, restaurants and bakery shops on Siracusa side as well. A really good family coffee shop (Caffè Story) nearby. Very nice and helpful welcome by the host. Clean rooms and bathrooms. You need to be aware that you are in the city center and it can get loud on the weekend. There are also proper blinds to keep noise and light out. There are shared bathrooms which is no problem for me for a short stay.

Greeted by Salvo despite changing the time of arrival twice. He was a most excellent host throughout our stay, taking time to give us advice on things to do in Siracusa and great recommendations. The facilities are great and the location ideal. Less than 15 minutes walk from the bus stop and less to all major attractions. Bus to the beaches was just across the street. Would stay again.
