Nella Torre del Poschi Penthouse with Roof Terrace is the attic of a Renaissance palace located in Pisa on the central axis of the historic center at the corner between Borgo Stretto and Via S. Francesco. Completely restored in 2005 with refined finishes, decorated and frescoed. The internal systems are of a high technological level (radiant floor, air conditioning system, etc.). The apartment enjoys a suggestive panoramic roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the city. The building consists of two parts built within different times and styles: an ancient tower from the 11th or 12th century, and a 15th century building resting on a portico along Borgo Stretto. The restoration was carried out in a conservative manner, respecting the hierarchy of the spaces and the functionality of the building and limiting the insertion of new elements to a minimum. The palace still retained a considerable amount of decorations and frescoes that suggest a minimal tampering of the entire organism.

The interior furnishings follow the the Pisan tradition's style; it consists of a large living area and dining room with equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and additional bed, a second double bedroom with cot, second bathroom. At guests' disposal: wifi connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, coffee maker. From the living room you reach the panoramic roof terrace furnished with table and sofas, for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The accommodation is located on the third floor with a lift (direct access to the floors with fob). It is necessary to climb a staircase once you have accessed the apartment.

The Borgo Stretto and the medieval markets are an area where you can walk under the cover of medieval arcades. Along the road, which together with Corso Italia, constitutes the "living room" of the city, stands the Romanesque-Gothic church of San Michele in Borgo, built starting from a nucleus attested as early as 990. The eighteenth-century Casino dei Nobili and the Roman baths , called Bagni di Nerone delimit its length. The medieval markets, as well as under the arcades of the aforementioned street, took place regularly in the small squares well protected by towers and narrow alleys, such as piazza delle Vettovaglie and Sant'Omobono, which host the fruit market, Piazza Cairoli ), ancient market of the Chavoli and the Gondolas, for goods from the Pisan Mountains. To the south we find piazza Chiara Gambacorti (or as everyone knows piazza della Pera), once famous for the flower and fish market. We are located in a limited traffic area. It is possible to reach the building by car with a specific permit for a fee (40 eur per day, contact the host). Guests are required to complete an online check-in form (including adding passports pictures), and to sign a Tourist Lease Contract, as required by Italian law.
