Fast, professional check in. Located in a high traffic mall, very popular with locals, it seemed. Nice, modern facility. Pod was spacious, large personal locker bedside, large TV, good pillow. Spa was very nice and very busy. When they advertise a hot sauna, they mean it! The outdoor patio was great to cool off. Look at the sky with the sounds of Sendai. A short walk from the JR Station, lots of restaurants around- located in the thick of it all.

Close to the shinkansen, close to downtown, perfect launch point for exploring Sendai and it's surrounding attractions Capsules managed to stay cool while sleeping in them, mattresses are on the thin side, which some may dislike but I personally prefer Good cost performance Facilities were all clean and functional, gym (at a small extra charge) and outdoor bath are both great amenities

Great location, near the station, walk out and you're in between 3 roofed shopping areas and lots of food options. Very nice space, excellent baths, and staff were helpful and had translation devices. I got and recommend getting the slightly wider capsule and was able to store most of my stuff in the locked cabinet.

clean and organized and has its own onsen. near to the main train station and within the main covered street. it can’t get more convenient and don quijote is just across the street.

The staff was very friendly and patient. It was my first time at a capsule hotel and my japanese was limited. The staff used a translation device and even guided my group through the check-in process and facilities. The facilities were very clean, I saw staff members making rounds through the floors to ensure everything was clean and stocked. I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

The staff is very helpful. One who checked me in accompanied me to my capsule and explained everything clearly. Once waiting at the front desk, someone always comes to offer help, such as quickly exchange for a key card. The facility is very convenient, and manga books are everywhere.
