It's close to the Sakuradori Line and a bit more walking to Higashiyama Line. The place is near a park in the center of the city. Very strategic and convenient location with lots of cafe near by.
The room is slightly larger than most hotels; wider bed and more room inside the bathroom. They have great ammenities as well, might not even have to bring toiletries because everything like face wash, toothbrush, etc are all there.
The hotel also has public bath available.
I will definitely consider to come and stay here if I ever go back to Nagoya.

Great location in the city. Plenty of places within walking distance and subway distance. Didn't get to order food to the room but there's so much around and in the hotel that was never a problem. Highly recommend exploring some of the mall floors as there's many food options. Amazing view of the city if you get a room with "city view".

Nagoya's not like your other big cities in Japan (like Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, Fukuoka). There aren't many standout sightseeing spots or the like, so it might feel a bit dull if you are expecting those. But it is an excellent city to vibe in. Enjoy Japanese culture on a more relaxed - less touristy - way.

Nagoya has a lot of cool areas and walkable zones. Less than some of the more touristy cities in Japan, but definitely worth visiting and exploring. Lots of tasty food and the district near my hotel was actually really pretty despite being more industrial than commercial.

We didn’t have much time to explore Nagoya as it was our starting point to travel to Shiroko for the Formula 1 race at Suzuka Circuit (Thurs- Sun) We did see a lot of Nagoya Station as we arrived & departed from there, walking to the apartment on arrival and back to the station on departure. It was an easy walk, not busy with many pedestrians until nearing the station. We went to the mini marts (7 Eleven also) numerous times for food and drink which we carried home. Also had meals at several of the restaurants nearby. A great location and wonderful accommodation! Would highly recommend.

Nagoya is a city without too many visiters compare to Tokyo or Osaka. It's just perfect for us to visit. It has lots of sightseeing places, like legoland, wild animal park, shopping centers, etc. We will revisit this city in near future.

We stayed near Nagoya station so all sort of stores and food stalls are available. We love the transportation system as always, (Japan got the best). We like the day tours we booked to Takayama and Shirakawa-go, also Nabana Nosato.
Easy to navigate, not so crowded, quiet place and of course safe even for solo lady traveler.

We liked the food, restaurants are everywhere with variety of choices, from ramen to yakiniku to curry. Shopping is also okay although limited shops but overall shopping experience is okay. We almost could not fit all in the luggage. It is also easy to go around. You can just walk or take the subway. We were there during New Year, most shops are Closed.
I stay for 3 nights for standard double room (non smooking):
(+): Staff speak english very well. The room is very simple without bathtub which is not really important for me. Close to the Nagoya station (JR line, Hirokoji side) (500 m ~ 5 or 7 mins walk) or 300 m from Kokusai center subway station. I like the concept of the hotel: saving water and energy to planting one tree per minute in the world. Such a great hotel!!! Ohya, the room service clean my room everyday and give me a new slipper everytime they clean it up.
Near JR Nagoya Station, maybe around 5 minutes walk. Staffs are really nice and the room is clean when we arrived.
They also kept our luggages after we have it delivered from our hotel in Osaka until we arrived to check-in. They have a self checkout so if you need to check-out early, you can do it yourself if there are still no staffs in the front desk.
Lots of amenities and microwave available in the lobby. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smells really nice! Big bathroom, bigger than the standard Japan size.
I like the hotel in general, the location was great, close to Nagoya train station which facilitated the travel to Osaka and Tokyo for instance. The staff was kind and welcoming. The quality of food at the breakfast was good and I appreciated the tranquility of the restaurant, you could wake up and have your breakfast in peace.
We also appreciated the possibility to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out, that saved us a lot of headaches because we brought really big bags with us. Thank you so much!
The staff were attentive, professional, and polite. The breakfast was excellent, with different choices every day as well as regular dishes. All very well served, prepared tasty. The room was very clean and daily changes and cleaning made it very comfortable. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the main JR station with a huge choice of restaurants, cafés bars and a good supermarket. I really enjoyed my stay, and it will be my first choice for my next visit to Nagoya.
Good location. Within walking distance to some attractions such as Oasis 21, Nagoya TV tower.
Nearest subway station to the hotel
1. Hisaya-odori Station (Exit 2) (Sakura-dori Line (Red colour line)) **the nearest, within 5 minutes of walking
2. Sakae Station (Meijo Line - Purple line) > near the hotel within 8 minutes of walking
Vending machine in 1F, 2F, 7F &12F, you can buy alcohol and drinks
Public bath is good
The hotel was a 5-10 min walk from Nagoya station, and there were a few Lawson Convenient Stores around the area. The hotel staff was okay. Toiletries such as skincare and bathrobes are placed at the lobby for you to take daily. The room was small and didn't have much space to walk once I opened my luggage but it's okay since I spent the day out most of the time. The bed was quite big for a single person in the room.
Beautiful and modern hotel, helpful staff who speak good English and huge rooms with all modern comforts, ours even had a sofa! Especially loved the relaxing extras such as heat eye masks and cooling pads for legs - after all day walking it was a really nice touch. The hotel is within walking distance to Nagoya Station and one of the metro stations as well.
The location of the hotel is located just across the road and a few meters away on a straight road from Meitetsu Nagoya station's central gates. Hence, it is very easy to get to and from Centrair Airport. The receptionists cannot speak English, but thanks to Japanese hospitality, they always go to arms and legs to help in any way possible.
Big bathroom vs other hotels in Japan.
Nice tech toilet with more options than a 'standard' one.
Also some thoughtful tech touch for the TV with HDMI port available.
The mattress was good but the pillows way too soft for my preference.
Good WiFi.
Close to Nagoya Science museum and two minutes from a bus stop connecting to the train station.
The hotel is in a convenient location within reasonable walking distance of shopping districts and is close to Nagoya Station by public transport. The room was great and the self-serve amenities and free hot coffee/cocoa machine helped make this one of the higher quality hotels in Japan.
The hotel itself is very nice, the amenities are great as well. I only stayed one night but Nagoya seems like a great place to take a personal trip. The location is perfect since the hotel is at Nagoya station itself, you don't even have to go out.
It was a great Hotel near Nagoya Station. It was a bit of walk but it faced on the Main Street and easy to find. Bed was comfortable and pillow bar was great. I traveled Kyoto and Tokyo this time and I want to book Sanco hotels in my next trip.
Location is pretty nice. It's close to Nagoya station just walk for 5 mins. it's easy to access to the station. Also, there are three convenience stores around the hotel, it's quite close to go and buy something if you get hungry
this hotel is so close to Nagoya station and above the underground mall which was handy as it was raining the day we stayed. The hotel has a fun yet relaxed vibe and nicely priced for what they offer.
Good location only 10 minutes from Nagoya Station. The hotel was clean and good value for money. They also offer complimentary soup and drinks such as coffee and tea from 12pm to 12 am midnight.
The location is the best, just in front of nagoya station. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can ask a car park map from hotel, it costs about 1500yen per day.
Very convenient hotel and shuttle buses from the hotel to Nagoya station. Even without the buses. The location is not far from the station. The free breakfast is an bonus.
Good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast service with very pleasant staff assistance. Great access to Nagoya station and good food nearby.
