Great location, around corner from Gotanda subway station, a very nice Tokyu Square supermarket, and Seven Eleven. Great having washing/drying machine and tiny kitchenette in room. Dependable wifi and temperature control. Sweet staff. Machine that makes decent coffee available in the lobby. All in all, clean, pleasant, and surprisingly quiet.

Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.
If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
