Located a 3-minute walk from Higashi Hongan-ji Temple and a 5-minute walk to Shosei-en Garden, the family-run Wajimaya Ryokan offers basic Japanese-style rooms with an LCD TV, air conditioning and shared bathrooms. Traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided for each guest at Ryokan Wajimaya. Toilets are shared, and Yukata robes are included. The simple furnishings include a low table with floor cushions. JR Kyoto Train Station and Kyoto Tower are both about an 8-minute walk. Gojo Subway Station is 300 metres away. A coin launderette is located on site, and there are 2 free-use internet PCs at the lobby. No meals are served.
