The property is very cost and clean, the outside space very comfortable. The pool was a great addition! Breakfast is excellent and the owner and staff very kind. The beach is walking distance. We stayed first in an en_suite room, then on a larger room with kitchen, both options were great, we will come again!

I liked the location of Simba house. With the added benefit of parking on-site, the house provides reassurance. The hostess in particular was extremely welcoming and polite, the same goes for her staff - they couldn't do any more for us.

From the moment we entered Simba House, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. They took my parents to various beaches, restaurants, and adventures, allowing us to explore the beautiful areas of Watamu. But that's not all; they even went the extra mile by helping us find some personal items we needed during our stay. They accompanied us to local shops and surprised us with special items not on the breakfast menu. We cherished the privacy of our own secluded area, providing a peaceful and undisturbed atmosphere when required. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you for this extraordinary experience! Every minute spent at Simba House was worth it.

Beautiful quite place with swimming pool with friendly owners and staff about 300 m easy reachable on foot or tuctuc outside the centrum .Rooms comes with a big bed and are dialy cleaned.For longer stays you want maybe to ask for a room with a small kitchen.On request small lunch packet can be prepared in case you want to go on a tour.

La proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, ci ha dato molte dritte su chi chiamare e dove andare. Fausto è il ragazzo kenyota che collabora con loro, ci ha fatto divertire e ci ha portato a visitare alcune attrazioni principali. Attenzione ai prezzi, è bene contrattare chiaramente PRIMA di fare qualsiasi uscita. Abbiamo chiesto di poter usare la camera fino al primo pomeriggio per il giorno di check out e ci è stata lasciata tranquillamente, molto gentili! Davvero! La camera è spaziosa, il bagno è comodo, c'è anche una piccola cabina armadio. La colazione è molto abbondante. È a due passi dalla Willy Beach però fuori dal Simba House ci sono molti ragazzi che ti portano con la moto o il Tuc Tuc ovunque.

Camera molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata con frigorifero e cucina. Letti comodi e grandi. Tutto molto pulito. Bella piscina. Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff. Ci hanno assistito benissimo in tutte le nostre richieste. Ottima anche la colazione. La spiaggia è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Molto vicina anche la via principale del paese con ristoranti e negozi.
