The hotel is cute, quaint, clean, and quiet. It is located 5 minutes from the airport, which was extremely convenient for me. I felt safe and the staff were very friendly. They have a convenience store near the lobby to purchase snacks, etc. They provide airport shuttles to and from the airport that run at regular intervals. Incheon is a town, less busy than Seoul and the Incheon international airport is a massive place. There are shopping malls, stores, restaurant en entertainment. When you do not like the craziness in the capital and it's a place for you. Transportation is great, A-trex or trains work great.

We weren't there long enough to comment. But if I ever go back, I'd like to see more of Incheon. It was a lovely introduction to our visit to Korea. We stayed in other hotels in Deajeon and Juju Island. The Best Westin was our favorite.

The bed was super comfortable to sleep after a long overnight flight. The vegetarian and vegan options weren't modern, tasty or creative. The room was very spacious which was lovely. We didn't investigate the surroundings but there looked very limited options. In the parks around some hawker stalls would elevate this area to a new level.

Airport is large, clean and efficient. Downside is the somewhat sparce rail connection to Seoul, and the inability to book Korail reservations at Incheon Airport station. Unseo, the last town before the airport has a big selection of transfer hotels, together with many places to eat.

Only overnighted there twice, once on way in and once on way out but the hotel was handy. Bit hard to find for my taxi driver coming back in from Seoul - we went to the wrong tower and the front desk guy was most unhelpful with his directions for my poor driver - we had to get out and intervene, imagine having to beg to ask for the guy to give more precise instructions.

Has everything you need for a staycation. Mini kitchen is nice. You can go to Lotte mart right next door to buy things to make or just buy some Korean snacks and drinks. It’s the tallest building in that area, therefore it has some very nice views. We had an ocean view. Lovely and very far from the ground. The hotel starts on the 36th floor. Near Incheon airport therefore there were some flight crew members coming in and out.

For us it didn't matter as we were only staying the night before going to incheon airport. It was practical that the hotel has a convenience store inside. We bought ourselves some noodles there, as most restaurants around seemed to be closed as the beach season ended.

Room also is very spacious and comfortable, with complimentary tea and coffee. Security is assured as the door have the PIN code that the host will provides on the day of your arrival. I will come again here if I visit Korea.
