It is absolutely beautiful - so much fun to stay in a Hanok house. The room and bathroom is clean. Shower has properly warm water and good water pressure. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect - super central yet quiet street

Walking into Yangsajae was like walking into a period drama. The vibes was something I enjoyed. At the same time, the modern conveniences were not compromised. There was a ensuite toilet in my room, and it had running hot water. Basic toiletries like shampoo, body wash and hairdryer were provided. The room size was great for 1person. I think will still be okay even with 2pax. It is mainly heated via the ondol, so the floor was warm. I still felt a little cold (it was still ~5degC in the day), so thankfully there was another heater in the room to warm up the room faster. There is no bed, only traditional floor mats to sleep on. But they were comfortable for me. The duvet was also warm. The owner was a nice and friendly man who spoke fluent english. Communication was a breeze. Yangsajae was also within the hanok village, so it is very convenient to just walk around and explore the area.

Great location..close to Hanok Village Tourist areas. Omokdae and Imokdae was located behind the Hanok. Close to Jamal Mural Village. Simple accommodation. Clean. The host was very friendly and accommodating. If catching train to Jeonju, at the station there are bus numbers at the information desk .. buses that take you near the Hanok Village.

It was sooo beautiful in a very authentic lived in way, and it even snowed when I was there. Location was great, right on the edge of the heritage village with so many lovely things to investigate, just walking distance away. I did a couple of lovely walks up the hill behind as well. Picture perfect.

A few things worth pointing out: - very clean and lovely traditional room. The floor is heated which was an amazing cozy feel on cold days - location is incredible - very quiet street but close to a lot of sights - the host is the nicest. He gave us oranges a bottles of water for the road when we left. He is also a very calm person and always available to talk!

The building is beautiful, The room was compact with a tiny door (adding to the charm) to access the brand new bathroom. The Host is very nice and hospitable, the room was very quiet which surprised me as it had rice paper doors on both sides. The floor is heated and the WiFi works perfectly. Obviously, you will sleep on the floor 😄 The location is also very good: less than 10 minute walking from the hundreds year old gingkos, temples, observatory decks and the main hanok road. Bear in mind there are no convenience stores within the village.

Clean comfortable room in the Hanok village. The owner is super nice, he gives you a bottle of water on arrival and 2 postcards. He is smiley all the time and very attentive to his guests. The room and bathrooms were clean and practical. The experience of sleeping on the floor was interesting. My room had the best view :) I totally recommend this place as it is good value for money and not on the Main Street of the village, granting you a good location but away from the busy main street. The house itself may be not the newest one but has lots of charm. To really enjoy you should stay at least two nights!!!
