The location is a little away from the city centre, surrounded by trees and greenery. The lady on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome.

Almaty usually has a smoke fog at winter especially at night, but here you'll have fresh air 24/7 because of spruce trees all around. Rooms are cozy and clean with balconies. Nice breakfast

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Staff doesn't speak English. They used "translator" for all our conversations. Arranged many taxis for me and went out of their way to be of assistance and provide information..The breakfast was OK, but not especially delicious. And every day the same except for different pastries. The grounds have beautiful trees. I saw squirrels. Quiet location away from traffic. The room was huge: more like an apartment with separate lounge room and a balcony facing a tree and lovely grounds - very handy for smoking outside the room. Bathroom large and immaculate clean. Very comfortable bed. It's located far from town centre, but taxis can be very cheap if not at peak hour. Despite the issues below, I still recommend this hotel. Good value for money. NOTE: Choose time of year not too hot or too cold.

Room is a bit small but very clean. There is a balcony in every room. Bed linens and towels are very well washed. Located in the upper part of the city in the park with pine trees. They share territory with other hotel and sports club. It is far from city center. 10 min by car to MEGA Center mall. Breakfast is very decent. There is clean outdoor pool. You can have lunch in the restaurant or at pool. Beds mattress was a bit tough, but it's good for me. If you checked in late, then you can stay more on the next of the day. Great value for money.

Февраль 2024. Очень довольны! Ресепшен великолепный! Очень внимательные и вежливые! У отеля хорошее расположение. Номер уютный, чистый, с балконом и видом на шикарную сосну😁 Вокруг отеля красивый парк с большими деревьями. Можно хорошо погулять. В номере были чайник, чашки, чай и кофе на двоих, халаты, тапочки. В отеле есть отдельная комната с утюгом и парогенератором👍 Завтраки достаточно простые, но сытные и вкусные. Для нас были достаточными. В ресторане можно также обедать и ужинать. Вкусно.

Возвращаюсь в этот отель уже второй раз и планирую возращаться и дальше! Очень приятный персонал! Встречают всегда, как старого доброго друга! Относятся с пониманием ко всем пожеланиям. Заселился поздно ночью, спросил о завтраке и возможности сухого пайка, так как планировал выспаться и завтрак проспать. Для меня заботливо оставили еду в ланч боксах, чем очень приятно удивили и дали положительный заряд на весь день! Отель находится в сосновом мини-лесу! За что огромное спасибо человеку, который придумал эту концепцию и засадил территорию хвойными, в которых очень уютно себя чувствуют бесчисленные семьи белок с малышами, не стесняющимися спускаться и подбегать к людям. Чистейший воздух, вид на горы и приятный персонал! Рекомендую!!
