The location of the hotel was perfect for seeing the city, just minutes away from the Abay Theatre, and close to every place of significance. The bus stop to catch bus 12 to Medeu was only a few minutes away. D’ Rami offer morning coffee for 500 tenge and also food on request from Bon Bon Cafe (although I did not order; the cafe is downstairs, facing the street). The hotel has a beautiful lounge and seating area. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and overlooked a happening street, great for people-watching. However, no noise seeped in once the windows were closed. I loved the hotel and would recommend staying here to all tourists. Wonderful value for the money paid.

The room was spacious, clean and i have a window with the view of the park. Since it was still cold season, the room was equipped with a good heating system. The staff are really friendly and accomodating and always ready to assist! Thank you to Igor, Mila and Lisa for taking good care of me during my stay. This was my second time in this hotel, and I was so happy to see it has stayed as great as it was during my first visit. Friendly and helpful staff, super clean rooms, comfy beds with good quality linen, and all those little things to add a bit of extra comfort: slippers and bath robes, vanity sets and luffa sponges in bathroom, proper glasses for water and paper for writing notes. Rooms are stylishly renovated, and especially the ones facing courtyard are very quiet. Location is great, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and there is an excellent supermarket in the next block.

Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception. I arrived on a red-eye flight and was able to use the lounge and toilet to freshen up before checking in. Their airport transfer was an affordable and safe option, especially early in the morning! The location is very close to attractions, restaurants, cafes. There is no lift but the staff readily help you with luggage. Free tea/ coffee/ water in the lounge was helpful.
