This was the place I felt like home. The apartment was very nice, clean, with a kitchen and a washing machine. Great view, it even has a rooftop terrace. Very good location. The best part was the host, Dam, he was extremely polite and helpful, helped me book the best massage I ever had, took me to a place where I can buy handmade souvenirs at a very good price, close to his place. He also prepared a great breakfast after I told him what I like to eat in the morning. Thank you so much for everything!

I had the most wonderful stay at the White House Apartment. Dam and his wife are such special hosts, who not only made me feel right at home, but went above and beyond with their generous hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. From a very thoughtful and delicious breakfast, to dropping me off at the Fort both days to explore (and the station for my early train), as well as a trip to the pharmacy, free laundry, and plenty of great conversations. The apartment itself was perfect, with a super comfortable bed and air con, kitchen and great bathroom. The loveliest, most kind-hearted people, and an absolute highlight of my trip. I couldn’t recommend booking here enough.

It was spacious and quiet and I loved the jungle vibes due to the house being surrounded by huge palm trees, coconut trees and banana trees. The roof terrace was a gem I only discovered on my last night and it was so nice. The host was lovely and helpful, I would say you rarely come across with people with such a hospitality mindset. I was driven to different spots for sightseeing and surfing as well as from and to station - all free of charge.

Dam, the host, has been a highlight of our trip. His apartment is basic, but has everything you need. It's about 1.5km from the train station and is an easy walk into Galle Fort. Dam was happy to chat and went out of his way to welcome us to his home. Dam picked us up at the train station when we arrived and also took us into Galle Fort. He also dropped us to the bus when we were leaving. Highly recommend staying here - it was a great experience.

The Host! Dam is super host who makes you feel at home! He was very supportive to any kind of request or question even while booking his apartment. I am very thankful to Dam and for the driver Hemantha whom he recommend and with whom we travel entire country! Very comfortable apartment! My favourite place was the terrace with a perfect view to the garden and a bit of sea. Well equipped kitchen, Dam helped us to use even washing machine, with the washing powder. Dam prepared great dinner. Overall a homely stay in a residential location! Thank you Dam for being so perfect host!

BEAUTIFUL sweet clean and safe appartement in kind of residential area! AND there is a washingmachine:). There is a large bbalcony and a rooftopterrace with great views! To go to the fort short enjoyable cheap tuk tuk ride! The owner is very nice, intelligent, responsive and fun. As i had a late afternoon buss I could stay in a room in his house for free which was very appreciated. 5 star treatment!🌹 So if you go to GALLE, do not look any further and stay here! 🍀🍀🍀

This ist a wonderful, spacious, well kept and quiet apartment. The perfect choice for being in Galle. My host Dam, who speaks excellent English, did anything possible to help me with any questions, and was delightful to speak to. I was also able to have a bicycle to get into town (the old part of town is exceptionally pretty and well worth a visit) This place is an absolute recommendation for Galle!
