The room was everything we thought an old hotel would be. Quaint. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The breakfast was good. It had a decent amount of variety. As usual for most hotels, they could work a little harder having accommodations for those with food allergies.

The location is great. It is so easy to find the parking lot and the hotel sent us detailed info about it. The parking lot is free on weekends, which is great, also the hotel is right by the public transportation. Our group enjoyed the sauna, a very nice hotel overall.

Luxembourg is a small, clean, safe, easy, beautiful city.
Luxembourg is a small, clean, safe, easy, beautiful city. I used the (free) tram like it was a hop on hop off bus. I did a city walking tour and an art tour. I had pre-booked a Petrusse casements tour in English.
The tourist office was helpful. They told me about the art tour which I had not seen online.
Fort Thungen is open Wednesday evenings. The National museum and City museum are open late on Thursdays. Villa Vauban is open until 9pm on Fridays.
Not much goes on for tourists in Luxembourg on Mondays. I spent two of my six days (Sun/Mon) in Trier where all of the Roman sites are open on Mondays. The train to Trier is six euros RT, 45 minutes away. WOW did I do a lot of walking between Trier's Roman sites. If I had a do-over I'd buy a Trier bus pass.

It was amazing. A very beautiful city.
It was amazing. A very beautiful city. After half an hour I felt like I never wanted to go home.
I had nice weather, could walk a lot around the city, tried the local foods and drinks.
I definitely will go back and recommend everyone to visit.
It was one of the most amazing places I've ever been.
I was lucky to visit the local market too.

Beautiful city with fairy tale views, nice walks (lovely along the river, through Parcs de la Petrusse) interesting history, and friendly people. Free public transport and/or very walkable, so very easy to get round this compact and pretty little city. Would thoroughly recommend. About 3 days was perfect, and I didn't feel like I'd missed anything, but if I'd have had longer, I would have gone further afield. Pretty kid friendly too from what I saw (although I didn't have kids). Struggled to find Luxembourgish food though.

Luxembourg is a pretty and romantic city with everything within easy walking distance. Plenty for people who love history, walking, cafes, bars or shopping. We loved or 3 day stay, it is peaceful and easy going. It is more expensive than other European cities but not wildly so ! There is plenty of greenery around too with pretty gardens and a big park.

First impression was 'how clean'!
A very interesting city.
First impression was 'how clean'! There was no litter anywhere!!
Public transport was clean, free and punctual.
Lots of walking, so sensible shoes required
We will return to the country and travel to visit other places (no time on this occasion).
Location is great - walkable to the city centre but also next to the train station and has access to all types of (free) public transport at its doorstep. It’s a good base when traveling to Luxembourg for sightseeing. The hotel also provides access to a parking facility for a reasonable fee, if you’re traveling by car. The room is very clean and has all the basic amenities, bed is comfortable, and the Superior Room where we stayed at is very spacious and walkable. The staff are also quite friendly. Overall, I highly recommended this hotel!
This is the biggest hostel I have ever stayed in - if you're used to small scale backpacking don't be surprised when you get here is it like a really large hotel catering to people and groups of all ages. The location is phenomenal, as is the city itself. You are staying beneath the UNESCO WHS and everything in the locality is stunning. The dorms are basic, there are no privacy curtains, but the view at the back of the hostel from the dorm rooms is lovely. This is the cheapest place to stay in Luxembourg.
We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was amazing, the room was very comfortable with a good heater for the winter and it was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen!
It is situated in a calm place, a bit far from the city center but has a good bus connection only a 6 minute walk apart.
To sum up, our stay was very comfortable and we definetly recommend the Hotel Sieweburen if you want to visit Luxembourg.
Great location between Cantral railway station and old town on very nice Paris Square in Luxembourg City. 30seconds by walk to tram station. The best possible location to explore Luxembourg with free public transportation.
Hotel nicely arranged and well equipped. Very nice staff, tasty buffet breakfast with fresh products every day. Nice view on the street from dining room with large glass door.
The location of the hotel is good - close to the main station. City centre and main station can easily be reached by the free public transport.
The room was spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was good, too. Maybe too less vegan options.
The restaurant within the hotel had good Italian food.
All in all a really good value for money in otherwise rather expensive Luxembourg.
It’s modern and slick. It’s comfortable. The staff were reasonably friendly and polite. The separation of the toilet from the shower was wonderful. It’s spacious. The location beside the bus stops is the best as public transport is free in Luxembourg. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for sure. It’s in a quiet part of the city not too much noise pollution.
Very clean and well appointed hotel. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The tram stops nearby and takes you into the city and back for free. The breakfast is the best we've had in 3 weeks of traveling around 6 European countries. It's the first hotel we've stayed in with fresh squeezed orange juice. Overall, pretty much perfect in all categories.
Nice if uneven 5 star hotel a few minutes walk from the center of the city. Clean and tidy, good private parking and easy road access. The hotel bar is very nicely renovated and open till fairly late. Renovated standard rooms are very good indeed.. Other parts of the hotel such as the reception, "club" rooms and Spa are very outdated.
Very clean apartment, night in the city center, easy access to public transport, very supportive staff that seats at Bristol hotel (managing the property). Staff calls regularly to see if something is needed. Easy to get keys from Bristol hotel and head to the apartment. Apartment has an elevator. Very easy checkout.
1. Great value, compared to other 4-star hotels in Luxembourg city, this one is outside of town but easy to transport to city center by car (12 mins) or bus (public transportation is all year free in Luxembourg county)
2. Free parking, enough car parking spots.
3. Service from hotel staff
very nice apartment, very central location, perfect if you have meetings in the city centre, if you have a longer stay maybe a hotel works better to keep the luggage, here was not super easy to get a taxi, but if you are on a quick trip to the city center it is very convenient.
The hotel is ideal for short-term staying. It is just 10mins walk from the Luxembourg airport and you don't really need a transfer. The hotel comes with a parking spot that is free of charge. A bus stop is just opposite the hotel (if you need to get to the city centre).
The hotel was in close proximity to everything we needed in our stay - the city centre, some nice scenic walks, central station as well as the venue we visited for a concert that week. It was clean, cozy, comfortable.
Very friendly, helpful and attentive personell. Good communications prior and during the stay; hotel well situated close to city center with parking available. Excellent view to Luxembourg and its surroundings!
What a wonderful hotel! The decor throughout was amazing. The room was extremely spacious. Very easy links to the city centre (free tram a 30 second walk away) and a lovely rainfall shower!
Nice hotel staff and free parking. Right next to the bus stop in to the city. We got the best room we think at the top floor with a huge bathroom and a bathtub. Great stay overall.
