Our company manages two hotels located next to each other in Kuldiga, Latvia. “Boutique Hotel Virkas muiža” is located in 15-th century manor currently surrounded by an urban environment. The upper floor of the manor was recently renovated and now displays the original wood structures. We have combined the medieval with modern to create a comforting and special environment for our guests. A completely new hotel “Comfort Hotel Kuldiga”, which was renovated in 2017, is located next to the manor. Rooms are warm, homely, sophisticated and designed in a way to ensure that our clients feel good. “Boutique Apartment Virkas muiža” is also located in the manor building. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with King Size beds, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. If you wish to stay in the heart of the old-town, it is best to choose the unique “Boutique Apartment Villa Rumba” – two-storey private house with a view of the Castle park and a fenced-off yard, located on the oldest street of Kuldiga, or you can choose “Boutique Apartment Venezia” – apartment with a private sauna, inner yard parking lot and exclusive location right near the Aleksupite.

Property information

“Boutique Apartment Villa Rumba” is an exclusive two-storey house fully renovated in 2018 and located on the oldest street of Kuldiga next to the Castle garden. A walk through the park will bring you to the Venta waterfall. The old town square is just a 5-minute walk through the old town. First floor of the house has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishes and kitchen utensils, a toilet and a large living room with a fireplace. For your convenience and comfort, we have prepared high-quality oak firewood at no additional cost. The house is surrounded by a fenced-off area, which will always have a place to park your car during festivities, when the small streets of Kuldiga are busy with the parking space seekers. A spacious bedroom with a convenient and large bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view on the Castle garden is located on the second floor of the building. We have placed a bath in the bedroom area to create a more intimate mood. Two people will be most comfortable here, but, if you wish, we can accommodate 4 people by utilizing the sofa-bed on the first floor.
