Property information

Our apartments are located in an old house built in the 16th century in the center of Old Riga on Kaleоu street. The house is an architectural monument. On the house is an old bas-relief, which depicts Adam and Eve. The house is fully restored. The old spiral staircase is preserved and renovated. If you want to feel the spirit of the Old Town, then you are undoubtedly here. Several apartments have preserved old brickwork. From the apartment in the attic there is a wonderful view of the roofs, towers and spiers of the Old Town. All apartments have autonomous gas heating with the ability to adjust the temperature, which will make your stay with us the most comfortable.I. All apartments have spacious living rooms with sofas and dining tables where you can sit with your family or friends. All bedrooms have comfortable double beds. You can easily prepare and heat your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchens. Satellite TV and high-speed Internet are available in all apartments. If necessary, our managers are ready to answer your questions at any time of the day. Our office is located nearby. Our apartments are waiting for their guests!

Оur apartments are located in the very center of Old Riga. Just nearby are all the main attractions-historical and architectural monuments, such as the dome Cathedral, Peter's Church, the house of the blackheads, the Swedish gate, the medieval residential houses of the Three brothers and others. If you want to take a tour, you can contact one of the tourist information centers located within a 3-minute walk. Restaurants, cafes and pastry shops are waiting for You literally at the exit of the house, on the next street, you only have to choose what you like. Boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as a large shopping center Galerija Centrs with supermarket, are within a 2-minute walk. Most cultural events also start or take place in Old Riga - city days, Līgo celebrations, Museum night, etc. For the holidays, fairs are opened on the squares of Old Riga, where you can not only buy locally produced goods, but also listen to folk music and see dances . The best museums of the city, such As the Museum of the history of Riga and navigation, the Museum of foreign art, the Museum of pharmacy are also located here.
