-For an as soon as posible booking , someone from the staff will give you the key in about 30 minutes of your call or booking. -Located central , downtown Tanger, in front of the Hilton Hotel. Located next to all shops and amenities: -restaurant LE JARDIN around the corner. - 5 minutes walk from the beach. -5 minutes from La Gare Tanger ville high-speed train station -5 minutes from McDonalds, panorama cafe, sky cafe and KFC. -5 minutes from marjan supermarket and Magarama and Tanger city mall. -Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport is 12 km away (20 minutes by taxi) Close to everything, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, ATM, etc. The apartment is new, furnished, consists of 1 bedroom (with extra-large double bed) with air conditioning and with balcony, living room (Moroccan living room with 3 sofas that can be used as a sofa bed) with flat screen TV, (there is no air conditioning in the living room) , fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. -The building has 2 lifts and a private garage. -Parking available on a first come, first served basis. (it is possible that it fills up and you do not find a place) -Cleaning is done by a professional prior to your arrival. Check in is until 00:30.Check in between 00:30-02:30 will be only accepted when there is a proof of late arrival due to travel.Example: your flight arives to tanger at 23:30.
Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any question, make a reservation or to arrange arrival time and delivery of the keys.
ABOUT THE SEA VIEW PICTURES : Some pictures are taken from the rooftop community terrace with full sea view, you can see the neighborhood and the location in front of the hilton hotel. . And others are taken from the balcony in the apartment, where there is a partcial, a little sea view. NOTICE TO MOROCCAN CITIZENS: WE CAN NOT HOST A MOROCCAN COUPLE WITHOUT A PROOF OF MARRIAGE. LOCAL POLICE IS STRICT ABOUT ENFORCING THIS LAW. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ANY GUEST WHO MIGHT HAVE A MOROCCAN GUEST OF THE OPPOSITE SEX.For couples that are not Moroccan, it is not necessary.
