Our room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. The view from the terrace of the dunes is breathtaking. I loved seeing the dromedary from the terrace. Breakfast was delicious and served by the handsome Abdul. The host Ibrham helped to arrange a night in the desert for us. I would love to stay here again.

The location was EXCELLENT! From the rooftop deck we could look out and see the desert and so many camels! The host was super nice and welcoming and the food was good too. I would stay here again for sure!

Although a bit of a challenge to get to, this family owned hotel was very nice. We used GPS to locate it and was sure it must be wrong. The 'streets' were sand, not paved. But we asked a man we passed and he walked us to the door which was just yards from where we were. I was skeptical,, thinking maybe I had made a mistake in booking. Skeptical until I opened the door to this charming courtyard and was greeted by a very friendly host and immediately offered tea (the Moroccan custom). They brought our luggage in for us. Our room room wasn't the Ritz but it was comfortable, clean and opened to the courtyard There was an upstairs terrace where we took our dinner and breakfast. If we return to the Merzouga area we will definitely consider staying here again. Final thought, the hotel is actually in El-Taous, very near Merzouga.

Brahim and Saiid and their family are wonderful folks that I met up and interacted in this brief yet memorable stay. The room was comfortable with clean beds, secured parking in their own personal backyard and a good breakfast. They also shared tips about their town to check out places before beginning our camel trek and camping in the Sahara. Overall, it was a great experience!

It is very close and overlooks Erg Chebbi. The hotel is beautiful and so are the rooms. The room and bathroom are spaceous and comfortable. The host is very friendly and kind. They even washed our clothes and hanged them to dry for us for free.

We had the most incredible stay! Brahim and his family (including two very cute daughters!) are the most wonderful hosts. He renovated just before the pandemic, and the room was so clean and comfortable - perfect air conditioning, shower pressure, etc. - and the main area and terrace are wonderful to have tea, dinner (which was AMAZING), and look at stars when cooler in the evenings. Breakfast was fantastic with homemade pancakes, bread, yogurt, whipped cheese, etc. and served in the dining area with air conditioning given it is summer. Brahim showed us how the tagine is made and took us on a tour of the oasis and town and gave us the history of the area. We had already booked a tour into the desert but he also kindly offered to take us to the desert (which is in their backyard essentially, so close) to see the stars. Amazing stay and so relaxing before our desert tour. Thank you for everything!
