It was disappointing clean we were not able to sleep at all. The floor was disgusting dirty not worth what I pay. I stayed all over Morocco but this was the only hotel I was disappointed. It was hot tried to turn on the AC but no. I think they control it from there office.then I open my window to have fresh air but it noisy then close it. Become hot in room so was awake whole night . go back to the room no toilet paper, no towel, no glass, no water. OMG never had that experience. So from me - 0 never go back to this place but staff was all smiley they were trying their best to hide So all over good staff but disappointing property

Rabat is the capital of Morocco. The streets and Medina of Rabat are much wider and cleaner. The Kasbah is not so clean but still a good place to visit. One night / 2 days in Rabat is good enough time to see everything around.

Rabat is interesting for a day.
Rabat is interesting for a day. The main sight is the Kasbah which is free to enter. You DO NOT need a guide and it IS NOT about to close, despite what all the touts try to tell you. Walking around the medina is interesting and safe.

Not a fan of Rabat, it was cleaner than the other cities we visited but there was not much to do other than the Medina and the tourist places to visit. I enjoyed Marrakech and Fez. If I go back to Morocco I would skip Rabat.

Is small city , specifically the medina is the best part, just like you are back in old time, the narrow street and people live their is the same as in Pakistan culture old city Lahore they have the same style of old houses, but Rabat is quite and small ,Lahore is 2 nhs largest city of Pakistan , population of nearly 170 million , they also preserved the old city just like medina in rabat

I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
The city is extraordinarily clean and very safe.
Every person we met was kind, funny and charismatic.
The medina is the highlight and absolutely incredible.
Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum are great as well.
Walking along the "river" is recommended as well, as there are some restaurants to eat something sweet and enjoying the view.
Rabat isn't a typical capital. Rabat only has 500'000 inhabitants and it shows. Therefore, it's a rather quiet town, restaurants close early and there aren't too many.
I would recommend maximum a week, maybe less.
Taxis are very professional and can be used for transport. Cheap and without scammers.
If you are in Rabat, you have to visit Dar Naji. If you didn't eat there during your stay, you weren't in Rabat.

Beautiful city with a lot to see.
Beautiful city with a lot to see. I recommend taking a short walking tour- I booked a wonderful woman, Asmaa, through guru walks. She is a licensed guide and although I am not usually a fan of tours this was a few hours well spent- and no one else showed up so it was just me! Learned a lot and made a friend….
Right in the middle of Rabat and a 5 minute walk from the Medina walled part.
We arrived on motorbikes and were instructed to park on the pavement outside, which was safe although right in the middle of a busy city. Hotel is on a one way system so don't miss it!
Unfortunately, the room doors are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the corridor all night long.
No dinner available a the hotel but it is easily walkable to a dozen restaurants in the Medina.
Breakfast was very simple and more European than Moroccan.
I had a last-minute booking at a hotel in Rabat due to an Airbnb issue (airbnb was infested with mold), and they accommodated our late check-in at 23:00. Despite a small room, the shower had great water pressure, and we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in Morocco. Sawad and Dussama were incredibly helpful, even watching our car as we went sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Rabat.
The reception was incredibly hospitable, the breakfast had a decent amount of choice, all staff had smiles on their faces and the room I stayed in was well cleaned and ventilated. I recommend this hotel especially because of it’s location — 20 steps away from the main avenue, yet so peaceful, clean and accomodating. Definitely booking this when I’m back in Rabat!
We felt like guests in a cozy house!
Mr. Jbara the owner is amazing and incredibly helpful ! He drew us a map of things to visit in Rabat during our short stay, recommended restaurants and offered us tea upon arrival.
The rooms are comfortable and the whole place is decorated in a typical marocan style. We really loved it !
Breakfast was also very good !
This is the most beautiful place to stay in Rabat. Abdullah and his team are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful! Royal Air Maroc lost our luggage and Abdullah was fantastic. He called them several times on our behalf throughout the day allowing us to still do some sightseeing until the luggage arrived. You really get the personal service here.
Excellent location as it is right next to the famous kasba oudaya. The staff was very courteous. the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The breakfast was also decent. the best part about this hotel is that they had water, coffee/tea maker long with complimentary snacks in the room. One of the best hotels during my stay in Morocco for sure.
At Cultural Morocco Tours, we frequently recommend this hotel to our guests. Located in the heart of the Medina in Rabat, its location is truly ideal. The staff's warmth and hospitality, combined with the exceptional service and comfort, consistently earn high praise. We wholeheartedly endorse it for a memorable stay in Rabat.
Can’t fault this place. Great hostel, great facilities and great staff.
Without doubt the best breakfast I’ve had in Morocco. It’s a little bit outside the city centre, but I was aware of that when booking, so that’s not an issue.
What’s lost in location is made up for in breakfast.
I will be back. Mainly for the breakfast.
This was one of the most spectular hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful, the beds were wonderful. The location is excellent for Rabat/Sale next to the Marina with an amazing view of the Sea and the River. The rooftop lounge and pool were exceptional. I would stay again!
Siham and Hanna, are beautiful hosts full of knowledge about Rabat and Morocco in general. property sits in Medina and is easy stroll to all interesting parts of Rabat and cafes and restaurants. Would come back to this lovely hospitality. Felt like home away from home. Konstancie and Eva
Amazing reception from the host, with free tea/coffee and cookies.
I had the room with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed, plus private bathroom and a fridge, quite a big one.
Location is very central, inside the Medina.
I would definitely recommend Dar Amine if you are visiting Rabat!
We had a pleasant stay at the view hotel rabat
Service was great ,, staff was friendly specially Nabil and Moumin was very kind and help-full, breakfast include lots of choices and the staff was great, also we enjoyed the beautiful spa services.
thank you the view hotel.
The landlord explained to me every information I wanted to know in English. Thanks to him! He was the first man I met in Rabat who could speak a language that I can understand! lol, the hotel was clean and comfortable, you can't find a better one at this price
I enjoyed the comfortable stay at Smarts Hotel during my 2-night visit to Rabat. The room was well-appointed, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was convenient, allowing easy exploration of the city. Overall, a positive experience.
The best hotel in rabat! I used to come here 15 years ago when it was Hilton ! But now they made amazing renovations and very nice updates that made it look very modern and luxurious I love it !
Service and food and all great environment!
The property is as clean Riad, close location to the Medina! Rabab was amazing and treated us with so much kindness! I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone wanting to explore Rabat! Thanks for a great stay!
A high quality hotel in the center of Rabat. Wonderful courtyard with a small but nice pool. The service is good, you can breakfast in the garden. Very good location.
We returned at the end of our trip and the experience was quite the same as 10 days before. This is a highly recommended hotel and great option to explore Rabat.
