The hotel reception was very kind and gave us upgrade for suit room, its a duplex, however with no balcony. We booked a room with balcony, so they accommodated us back to normal room. It was clean, spacious and with partial view on the Hassan II mosque. The bellboy/concierge arranged for us taxi to the airport. It was a very pleasant stay.

Kenzi Basma has been recently renovated and is ideally located in the centre of Casablanca. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire hotel.
