From the initial contact at the hotel, from which we departed to the on-site desert camp, customer service was exceptional and friendly. The camel journey to the camp i something I will never forget and the tents themselves are comfortable, private and we’ll set out.

Das Camp ist mit 6 Zelten eines der kleineren Camps, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Sehr nettes und sympathisches Personal, welches sich hervorragend um die Gäste kümmert.

Tout était parfait. L'organisation du transport de l'hôtel au camp ainsi que le transport avec les dromadaires. Le chamelier était très gentil, il s'est arrêté plusieurs fois afin de nous prendre en photos. Juste avant le camp, on s'est arrêté pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Au camp, le chamelier vous propose de vendre des pierres etc. On a été très bien accueilli au camp avec un thé de bienvenue et des biscuits. Le dîner était très bon et la déco juste magnifique. Après le dîner, spectacle de musique berbere autour du feu. L'avantage du camp est qu'il y a uniquement 6 tentes, ce qui fait qu'il n'y a pas trop de monde. Au lendemain, choix du retour en 4x4 ou dromadaires. Séance de sandboarding au milieu du retour.

Las Haimas son una maravilla, fuimos en invierno y por la noche estaba la calefacción y era muy comfortable. La ducha caliente y con presión perfecta. La cena y el staff maravillosa , una experiencia inolvidable.
