The attentivness of the owners to make your stay great. We had a flood induced powercut on arrival. These things happen, but its how the owners react that tells you what they are really about! They waited patiently for our late arrival with dinner prepared by candlelight (no electric). Water was restored the next morning. Want their fault but they made teh best of teh situation, and we had a story to tell!
