The guest house was built in three different parts/styles as the owner explained. All of the styles were very stylish and nicely done. Rooms were spacious and very nice with a perfect mix of traditional and western style. A massive roof top with an overview of the area. Mint tea given at arrival and the owner was very friendly, offering different excursion options, multiple times (lol). We had an exclusive diner (goat with prumes) with a nicely lit open fireplace. Too much food but delicious! Very nice (but cold) swimming pool. Sheltered Parking spaces offered

Located in the middle of the desert, at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes, this guest house offers an indoor swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The village of Merzouga is 6 km away. Rooms at Maison Merzouga have a traditional Moroccan décor and offer an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower. Rooms offer a view of the swimming pool or gardens. Breakfast is included in the price and served each morning. For other meals, guests are invited to sample traditional home-made Moroccan dishes. Staff also offer cookery lessons for traditional dishes. The guesthouse offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the dunes, or a Berber-style living room where guests can relax in the evening. Camel rides can be organised from the guest house.
