Friendly staff, lovely ambience. We found it very quiet, given it is near a realtively busy road. The restaurant food was wonderful in the evenings. We were there for my wife's 60th birthday and new year and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. They also recommended Mustapha Lakouis and his minibus to collect us/return us to the airport, and took us into the Atlas Mountains for the day. It's an old building, which some people might not like, but for us it had real charm and a feel of a Marrakesh from yester-year. Whilst English isn't everyone's first language, there were plenty of staff who did speak English so we never had any problem communicating.

Just back from 4 nights at this great property with very good location for Medina which is 15 minute walk. Bars and restaurants of Hivernage on doorstep and Menara Gardens within walking distance. All staff are excellent and very helpful and food is superb.

The location is great within walking distance from the old town. If you are the first time in Marrakesh get a guided tour of the city. Personnel in the hotel helped us to book it. We spent half a day exploring the city and then chilling next to the pool which always had free sunbeds. Breakfast is great, definitely take that included and give it a try to the restaurant. We spent a week in a Marakesh and ate out in many places but the hotel restaurant was our favorite. The hotel staff was very nice. My wife had a birthday while we were staying in the hotel and they surprised us with flowers and cake in the hotel room.

This is a very charming guesthouse with very friendly, accommodating staff. The ambience and setting was wonderful, the room and bathroom was spacious and stylish and the peaceful garden was a very welcome haven, particularly in the hot weather. A special mention has to be made to the restaurant which provides a great choice of Moroccan cuisine.

The location is superb, Royal Mansour and La Mamounia across the Street and two blocks away. Nobu roof top terrace is a must and 2 blocks away. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and loved it.
