An absolute fantastic place to stay. Excellent location with beautiful views from the upper 2 bedroom apartment. Pictures didn't do it justice. Easy walk into Kotor. No nasty cruise ships parked in the bay in your line of sight. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

With my partner Simon we had an incredible stay at this hotel. From beginning to end they made our experience in Montenegro one of the best we have had throughout our trips. Comfortable and equipped apartment. Comfortable bed, good AC and most importantly, everything is very clean. We use the hotel facilities such as a jacuzzi, swimming pool (you can order drinks), in addition to bicycles. Everything in perfect condition. The breakfast is very complete and good price. We took it twice and the taste of the products was fresh and delicious. The housekeeping lady prepared a little surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday, a very nice detail. Congratulations to the great team you have and we thank each of the people who work there for everything, we hope to return next time.

The hotel staff were very helpful and amazing. Susanna was fantastic, helped us with transportation, places to eat and almost everything to make our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to get one of us birthday decorations on her bill. The facilities were fantastic. Most enjoyable was the spa. The breakfast at the hotel was really good and wholesome. Location is also fantastic. 1 minute walk to the beach. Excellent views from the hotel as well. I will definitely recommend and will definitely use this hotel if I visit Kotor Montenegro again.

We pretty much loved everything about the apartment. Perfect location, about 90 seconds from the gorgeous quiet beaches and stunning bay. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony and terrace - simply breathtaking! The view changes constantly with boats, shadows, light dancing across the mountains. The bedrooms are a good size too. The staff at Alkima, faultless! The kindest and most courteous team you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted anything and everything we wanted to do. They are a credit to the owners of the property! The cleanliness is another level too, everywhere is spotless. We had never been to Montenegro before. The team at Alkima made it one of our very best holidays ever! I have already recommended the apartments to many friends and colleagues. I am so pleased we came across this perfect place with the nicest staff! Made our holiday.

We had a perfect week! The room was clean and kept tidy all throughout the week. We had a beautiful view of the gulf of kotor and there were a lot of nice restaurants just within a 5 minute walk. The old town of Kotor is also within walking distance, as are a couple supermarkets. The apartment provided us with bikes. There was a nice clean pool with a lots of seating options.

We loved everything about it! We were a family of 5 (myself, husband, 3 children - aged 21, 18 and 14). We had the top floor apartment which had a terrace and a balcony, both with amazing views of the bay. The apartment was spacious, with a sofa and tv which was useful in the heat of the middle of the day! The AC was excellent in every room. The pool area was lovely. The whole place was so well maintained and spotless. The apartment was serviced every day, and we were provided with beach towels. Best of all, given our children’s ages, there were lovely restaurants right beside the complex, and the amazing Old Town of Kotor was a short walk - about 20 minutes and all along the bay, dotted with cages and bars and stunning views the whole way. We loved that walk.

The location, the view from the room, the garden, the pool and the staff were absolutely stunning! We stayed 4 nights in May at Alkima with 2 children. Although we were not that lucky with the weather, we had an amazing stay and that's also because this accommodation was just perfect! The staff was so helpful and kind, they helped us a lot to make the best out of this journey. We enjoyed the spa a lot and it was so handy when the weather wasn't on our side. The location was also perfect as we had the sea close by and we were also able to walk to the city center. We are planning to return :).
