Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment located a scenic 30 minute walk away from the old town and a 5 minute walk to a cute little beach area. Free parking on the property and perfect place for a self catering holiday.

Kitchen, bathroom, room, and terrace was equipped with all furniture. The view is amazing on terrace. Parking area is plus, because you cannot park on way(there is one way on seaside). It has own beach but we could not use due to season. Too near to Kotor, its about 6-7 minutes with car. Also there is walking way on seaside to Kotor, approx takes 20-30dk.

The position is sensational. Private beach with sun lounge 30 metres away! Large apartment with everything you need. Easy flat walk into town/old city. Little supermarket and sensational seafood restaurant Bonaca on the water just a short walk away. Several other restaurants also. Lovely bowl of grapes on arrival. If you are looking to relax this can’t be beaten. I would highly recommend

Large balcony overlooking the sea and private beach. Ideal base for exploring Kotor (20 - 30 min walk) and the surrounding area. Restaurants and small store nearby which are cheaper and quieter than in Kotor . Kotor can be very crowded especially when Cruise ships are in. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The location was perfect, with a private beach, shops, and restaurants just a stone's throw away, and the enchanting Kotor old town within easy walking distance. Apartment was spotless. The true highlight of our stay was the welcoming and friendly host, Marko. From the moment we arrived, he ensured our comfort and happiness, even greeting us with a refreshing welcome drink. Apartment has a beautiful sea view.

My positive experience started with the accommodation, as when we arrived, Marko, the host, helped us carry our heavier bags. This attentiveness characterized him and his wife throughout our stay. They also live there, so there's no need to worry about who will hand over the keys upon arrival. If there were any issues, we could immediately notify them, and they would respond. The rooms are perfectly clean. The Wi-Fi is relatively good. It worked well in the living room and on the terrace, but there was no signal in the bedroom. However, the signal on the terrace was strong enough to have flawless Zoom meetings. Location-wise, it's one of the best apartments. The view is truly breathtaking. Essentially, we lived on the terrace when we weren't going somewhere. Every morning, a car comes by selling fruits, so we had fresh fruit every day, waving from the terrace. If you don't feel like walking into the old town, there's a restaurant within 100 meters.

Very friendly hosts, great location. Could walk into Kotor in 20 minutes but this town was much more relaxed and less touristy. Lovely sunbathing on their local beach. amazing views. very quiet at night. Helped us wash our clothes. Hosts couldnt have been more accomodating. Would really recommend coming back here
