The view. It’s breathtaking and indescribable. The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The perfect sea view, no neighbors, only the nature and ocean sounds. On the yard is growing limes, pears, olives and grapes. It’s like a fairytale. Very reasonable price. Wifi was okay, works better outside. Clean apartment, not modern, but everything you need if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Small kitchen on apartment and possibilty to BBQ outside. We only ate outside, so can’t say much about them. BBQ corner looked cozy. Communication with the family very easy, daughter felt like a friend when texting - always ready to help with everything. Location is excellent, close to the city but calm.

The landlady and her family greeted us warmly and throughout our whole stay been very service minded. We were actually supposed to stay from 21st July but had booked the flight date a day earlier so they managed to get our apartments and welcomed us a day earlier. The view from the house is fantastic and there's a lovely, well kept garden at the bottom floor. We got fresh and delightful home grown vegetables from the family and got to use their own harvested and pressed olive oil. 🫒 The house is at uphill from the center and old town, so I recommend guests to have a moderate level of fitness to not struggle with the uphill slopes. Would be good with a washing machine nearby (even though the hostess gladly would wash our clothes). Overall a kind, compassionate hostess with a hard working family. We even managed to save a street kitten and they took it in without any problem. Thanks, Nikic family!

Superb view and a super quite place. Everything was at superlative. Hosts are very very very king and willing to help and assist in any matter. Kitchen was very good equipped for it’s size, you have pretty everything you need there. Parking place ! Home made Wine was super good ! Thank you !

Friendly, hospitable hosts alone made the stay worthwhile. Stunning views from the terrace. Great quiet location, but still close to the hustle and buzzle of the beaches and bars and the old town. When we come back we will definitely stay there again.

Schönes kleiner Apartement am Rande vom Zentrum von Ulcinj. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen (Berg runter). Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat.

Kilátás, házigazdák, házimacskák. Nekünk nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak. A nyüzsitől pont elég távol, de a vár gyakorlatilag egy kisebb sétával elérhető.

La amabilidad de Andjela y su familia, que nos resolvieron todas las cuestiones que pudieron surgir. Habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. Excelente ducha con mampara, grifo monomando y agua en la temperatura y presión adecuadas. Ubicación un poco más alejada del centro, evitando el terrible ruido nocturno de las discotecas, pero muy conveniente para ir a la ciudad vieja a cenar o pasear. Habíamos leído comentarios que decían que tenías que ser campeón olímpico para llegar... Efectivamente no es el sitio más recomendable para una persona mayor o para llevar el carrito de un bebé pero si eres una persona joven y sana es un paseo agradable y te aseguro que agradecerás estar lejos de las discotecas Parking muy seguro Increíbles vistas desde la terraza Si te resulta útil mi reseña, déjamelo saber, gracias!!

Comodo per il centro città e per muoversi a piedi per raggiungere le spiagge nei dintorni. Il giardino davanti l’appartamento è ben tenuto e ha una vista bellissima sul mare. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso, davvero piacevole! I proprietari super gentili e disponibili! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto acqua e frutta fresca.
