Rosic Apartment is located in perfect situation- beach is 50 meters, small store is just on the corner, good restaurants (like Big Ben) nearby and easy to go for a walk on the promenade. It’s quiet but the main marina area is just max five minute walk away. Parking is also free and available next to the apartment. We did not met the owner but his father/mother were there to welcome us. They were friendly and always smiling :) Rooms were clean and with a great view (we stayed on 4th floor). All basic needs are covered! Only thing maybe to keep in mind for the improvement- a baby eating chair possibility. I guess families with small children would like that.. and why not even some playground area in the garden :) Overall- thank you! We will recommend you to our friends and would stay there again!

Only 20 metres from the sea and the nearest beach, Rosic Apartments is just a 10-minute walk away from Tivat’s town centre. Each room has a well equipped kitchen, balcony and air conditioning. All rooms have soundproofed windows. The kitchens come with utensils, glasses, cutlery and dishes. The balconies are fitted with garden furniture and some offer views of the Bay of Kotor and Porto Montenegro. In the living area, guests can find a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable TV and coffee table. Ironing facilities are also provided in each apartment. Wi-Fi and private parking are free of charge at Apartments Rosic. There are also a shop and a pizzeria in the immediate vicinity. The luxurious yacht marina Porto Montenegro is a 5-minute walk away.
