A cosy 2 bedroom APARTMENT sleeps 6 set in the heart of the capital city of Valletta only 20 metres from the seafront. The space The apartment has been finished to very high standards still keeping the unique traditional Maltese features such as the original floor tiling and high ceilings. The apartment is situated in a Maltese traditional building and is located on the 5th floor (no lift/elevator). The apartment comprises of a separate kitchen area, a dining room, living room, main bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms enjoy a balcony overlooking the entrance. 3rd bedroom is a double sofa bed in a separate room (no AC) leading to the second bathroom and washroom with a washing machine can provide additional accommodation for an extra 2 persons. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. Located within 2 minutes walk to main shopping centers, restaurants and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Ideal also for clients travelling on business due to it's central location. Equipped with - Cable TV - Washing Machine - Microwave - Air-conditioning - Wifi - Smoking allowed only in the Balcony The guest payment method may be charged if they cause damage during a stay. PLUG TYPE l For Malta the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Malta operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. Valletta, Malta's capital city and UNESCO World Heritage site Valletta has been built on a peninsula in the central eastern part of Malta and has a population of just over 6000 people. Valletta is named after the French Grandmaster Jean Parisot De La Valette who headed the defence of Malta from the Ottoman invasion in 1565. The entire city of Valletta has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Valletta boasts many buildings from the 16th century, mostly baroque architecture that was built by the Knights of St. John. Amongst them is the majestic St. John’s Cathedral, several auberges that hosted the Knights in their times, the bastions surrounding the city, and several gardens. In fact, one could say that Valletta is actually a monument donated by the Knights.
