A STEVEN CACHIA Highly finished apartment comprising 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower), spacious main bathroom, separate laundry room and spacious combined kitchen, dining and living room area. The apartment has two balconies overlooking a pleasant and soothingly quiet courtyard in the new residential complex . The apartment enjoys natural light all day coming from the front and back balconies. It is fully airconditioned and includes a washing machine dryer microwave + Underground Lock up car garage If you're looking for a cheap bargain basic touristic property then you need to look elsewhere. This property is essentially equipped like a 5 star hotel room but with so much more !! ...including a stocked larder. The ideal guest for this property wants to stay 3 weeks or more but I am accepting bookings of 1 week at the moment. This is an apartment which you will be proud to live in for a short period of time and you will be eminently comfortable to spend your day/evenings or entertain visitors. The place come with 3 bright bedrooms with a king size, queen size and two large single beds ....plus a sofa bed for two extra persons PEAK BOOKINGS REQUIRE FULL PREPAYMENT

St Julians is Malta's foremost residential and tourist area and the house is a property located in the area of the original old and quaint part of St Julians with charming narrow cobblestoned streets, and lots of peace and quiet....yet take a few paces and you are suddenly in the middle of the St Julians hustle & bustle. The apartment is superbly located within 5 minutes walking distance of all the St Julians bars, restaurants & shops, nightlife, beaches & swimming Lidos, language schools and public bus transport. If you like the luxury and comfortable feeling of living in a brand new modern apartment but also enjoy living in a complex built in the traditional style Maltese townhouse with a central courtyard which looks like it could easily be 200 years old because of it elegance and tradition.... But mot of all the sound of silence - No sound of passing cars or bus, no restaurant/club music blaring all night. Just a peaceful environment combined with the most modern deluxe furniture and amenities.... Then this is the property for you. All of the above but you get are five minutes walk from the great tourist centre that is St Julian's.
