The penthouse is spectacularly located on the 9th floor, served with lift till the 8th floor and a flight of steps takes you up to the 9th floor. The property boasts with breathtaking views from its expansive terrace. The terrace is a focal point in the penthouse; engulfing the property in natural light and framing it with the dynamic image of the open Mediterranean sea. This decked, breezy outdoor space offers al fresco dining opportunities, complete with gas BBQ for that truly authentic island feel. A lounge area can also be found on the terrace, where one can enjoy a coffee while watching the sunsets, or some Maltese wine before dinner time. The terrace flows into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with floor to ceiling windows which blur the lines between the outdoor and the indoor. The whole area is cleverly air-conditioned, meaning that it remains cool even in the summer sun. The modern, black and wood accented kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and appliances, whereby one can prepare tasty home cooked meals. It also features a convenient breakfast bar, accentuated by three funky bar stools. The neutral hued dining area provides ample space for four persons, and is decorated to the nines in contemporary décor. The comfortable living area comprises of a muted grey leather sofa, and an entertaining flat screen cable TV which features a wide variety of channels for one's perusal. Free Wifi is also available throughout the property. The main bedroom exudes calmness and comfort, adorned with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is yet a large double bed with a 2nd, family bathroom with wc and sink.
