Penthouse newly built, elegant modern seafront 2 bedroom apartment on 4th floor with outstanding sea views of Mellieha Bay just 50 metres from the sea. The apartment has lots of natural light and is fully air conditioned. Property is served with lift. The apartment consists of a Combined Kitchen/Living/Dining Room leading onto a Large Seafront Terrace with outdoor table and chairs where you can just sit down and relax and enjoy the specular view of Mellieha bay. Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave & Nespresso coffee machine.Sleeping quarters are at the back part of the apartment which both bedrooms having balconies. Both bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses & pillows.One may also sleep using sofa bed in living room.Close to restaurants & bus stop.Mellieha city centre is approx 5 mins drive or 15/20 mins walk. Should you wish I may provide 26ft boat trips that I do myself during the summer months.
Very easy going 😁& I try my best to treat my guests the way I would like to be treated.
