The property is ideally located; in old town but far enough from the noisy main streets. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The bed was very very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are tastefully updated. The breakfast is awesome. Staff friendly and most helpful. The elevator was great. The hotel was the highlight of my stay in Valletta.

We had the penthouse apartment with a bottom floor bedroom/bathroom, next floor dining and small kitchen, and top floor a sitting area leading out to a private large balcony with spectacular views of The Three Cities across the bay. Wonderful room! Stairs are very curvy and tight. Not a room for handicapped or elderly people who have issues with these things. Breakfast room was also very good. A nice selection of pasteries, meats, cheeses, the best fresh fruit bowls I have ever had, cereals, yogurts etc and eggs to order. If you wanted to navigate 2 sets of curvy stairs, the breakfast outdoor balcony was well worth the climb to enjoy your repast, or if your room didn’t have a balcony, the best place to sit with your private bottle of wine. Same view as our room balcony. Staff was always extremely professional, helpful and quick with a smile. The desk staff were extremely helpful for their restaurant recommendations and ways to navigate the city.

Terrific view from the roof top where you can have breakfast or a late glass of wine. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Very nice and reliable staff. Very quiet although very close to the busy pedestrian streets. Excellent location. Enjoyed the details in decoration in the room. Perfect stay.
