I already mentioned about welcoming guests. It is in my nature to cook, making hot mauritian snacks. Make sure they are helped in any case. Check if they had had a good night sleep. Make sure they go out with the sun bath cream. Given the beach towels..check the water level in the reserve is spot on. In a tropical country, you must make sure the air conditioning is running in good order. I. The Europe I worked as a head waitress, must know how to communicate, everything goes smoothly. Welcoming clients. For them to come back, the service must be perfect, good personality, always welcome your guests with good charm. I will also make sure for their day trips, good recommendation! Taxis, where to go ect. I will also go along if it will be okay. All depend to the guests. When guest arrive I gather home grown flowers from my garden, with some freebies, a home made baking., I think I will be an excellent host!

I jacqueline known as Mary! I am mauritian but had spent all my entire life in Europe and Africa. As I have worked in public places, I loved it! Meeting people from different places. I had a huge impact in decorating, grow my own garden and herbs. Then I decided to set a new step of welcoming guests in my unique homely home. I love entertaining, cooking, sewing and embroidery. When I entertain it has to be perfect setting my dining table in excellent order. What ever you see in the photos, I displayed myself. I want to make my guests feel at home, comfortable, wining and dining. And relax under the sun. I have received friends and families from abroad, they just loved my enthusiasm , my charismatic. I have had a kiosk built on top of the roof, for an extra special features. The sea view, Mountain View, the sugarcane field phenomenal.....when the weather is fantastic, you can spot satellite, fallen star. And the moon. Static!!! We barbecuing, chatting and even brings back all good memories. The property is vast and spacious, huge living room to feel at ease. It is a self catering holiday lodge. i love baking some good English scones for my guest n some local ones.

Neighborhood.... souillac is situated in the south of the island. Souillac is too well- known and unique. It has such interests to visitors come all over the world. It is friendly, quiet, and interesting. « The Crying Rock » with the baching waves..the wind surfers ...filao trees seen in pictures..a local museum from a local writer, nuns convent, churches, police station, churches, hospitals, fire brigade a few kms away., mosque, temples. Cash machines, young youth center. Local markets, fresh meat, fruits vegetables market. A supermarket with lots of exciting goods n good price. A bread bake shop. Residents are friendly, schools for junior and senior. The most exciting interest for visitors is restaurant..well known one call ROSY it is situated at gris gris plage. There are others, bars ..a Rochester Fall, attracted by tourists and local residents. Nowadays no one gets starved..where ever you go, there is takeever..deep fried local cakes, we call them gâteau piment, d’Hollywood pourri, eat with some saucy sauces ..cheap and good. We are in a multicultural...we all respect each other but est everyone special dish. There is Briani. Mouth watering!!!!
