The grounds are always beautiful with tropical plants and birds throughout. Eden Estates is a very peaceful place just outside of the busy capital city. The rooms are large and very affordable!

Eden Estates is designed to be a peaceful and private natural getaway located on 40 acres of lush woodlands. Although we are only 10 minutes from Malawi's newest mall, Gateway Mall, when you get to our property, you will forget that you are in the capital city, and you will find that it is very easy to relax or work in peace. We are also conveniently situated just off the Mchinji Road to/from Zambia. Making us a perfect stop for travellers coming to and from Zambia.
