Nuestra ubicación es magnifica, estamos cerca de todo lo interesante para los turistas. Nuestro edificio está sólidamente construido, ideal para el área donde nos encontramos (sísmica) con una fabulosa vista hacia toda la bahía y cuenta con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, nuestras recámaras son espaciosas.
Soy originario de esta ciudad, tengo 70 años y estudié la carrera de Lic. en Turismo en la Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero. Tomé además el curso de Guía de Turistas y trabajé durante 16 años como head guide para la oficina local de American Express, por lo que puedo orientar a mis futuros clientes. Actualmente me dedico a administrar el condominio. Hablo Españo e Inglés. Me gusta ser serio, amable, responsable, practico la natación, me gusta la música popular y ser positivo en mi manera de pensar y actuar.
Es una zona residencial muy tranquila y segura, próxima a las dos avenidas más importantes de esta ciudad, La Cuauhtémoc y Cost. Miguel Alemán. Es una montañita a salvo de inundaciones en la temporada de lluvias, muy cerca de playas, restaurantes, supermercados, mercados, antros, hospitales, escuelas, terminal de autobuses etc.
