Alessandro is a marvelous host--I cannot say enough nice things about how friendly and available he was to make our stay smooth and easy! He was able to accommodate our last-minute booking even though this is a private house (no 24-hour reception desk) and again when we liked it so well that we decided to add a 3rd night to our stay! Guests must coordinate with him ahead of time to gain entry into the gated community, but this enables them to stay in one of the safest and most exclusive areas of Playa del Carmen! We had the CLEAN and QUIET house to ourselves the first 2 nights, which boasts access to a manicured common garden area with a luxurious pool that we enjoyed several times and felt like we had all to ourselves for most of our stay.

Loved everything about this place and the hosts are so gracious. I ended up extending my stay twice and I’ll always stay here anytime I visit. The kitchen is the most fully equipped I’ve since in Playacar and the poor is a real sized pool where you can have a good workout (this was important to me). Playacar is very secured and while it is just at the beginning of 10 ave. it is far enough from the bustle. Running along Playacar was also a treasure. So many discovered gems and all the main resorts are located here. Only reason I finally left was because I wanted a change of scenery but I regretted it almost immediately. Book this place!

This was the first place that enabled us to take a step back and relax. Tulum was very loud and coming here we thought it will be more, but this is a little haven. Nicely designed, walkable to the city center, Alessandro and his beautiful wife were of the greatest support, very responsive with flexibility and tips about everything. Wifi is strong, common well-equipped kitchen, pool in front of the house. We loved it

The villa was lovely with a well equipped kitchen. It is in a very peaceful location but easy walking into town and the pool was great. Alessandro was a good host very attentive and always on hand to answer questions over the phone.
