The food is fresh, delicious and varied. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The spa experience was amazing and we also loved the kayak tour.

This was our first time staying at this resort but not our first time in PDC. We thought the resort was well located and private. It is surrounded by mangroves and has its own rivers and cenotes and beaches which gives it a very unique experience. There are themed restaurants such as Japanese, Mexican, Italian, a pizzeria, meat place and a buffet which provided good options. There is a mini golf, soccer field, basketball hoop in the pool, waterslide, beach and pool volleyball set up, billiards table in the bar which were all appreciated by our family. I also recommend booking the river kayak which is free and within the resort property (you can snorkel or bike tour also but we didn’t try these options). We liked the size of the rooms and that there is a sofa bed that meant my older son could have his own bed and some privacy which was great.

When they say is all inclusive it is absolutely, even the mini bar, we e hoy the food and drinks is absolutely amazing, please try the pizza tres rios. They have a bunch of activities and all of them are great even those ones in the family pool. They have a little space where they combine the river and the sea and it seems like a pool, definitely my favorite spot. I also have to congratulate the staff, such a nice and given people it make us feel so great.

The location was amazing. The property is a eco resort as the name implies. Much of the property is left intact and the important eco system was not destroyed like so many other resorts do. You actually feel like you are away from everything.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and immediately checked in. The room was spotless clean and the beds so comfy. Gilberto with room service was great, always dropping our food off still warm and with a huge smile. The pools were nice too. The beach is not blue water but it was expected due to previous comments, however there is a little spot that has blue clear water that we swam in and it had fish (my kids loved that). If you want to do activities book as soon as you can due to space availability. We went snorkeling and kayaking Hector, Jesus and Gilberto were great (not your typical boring guides). Our favorite restaurant was La Hacienda Grill, they had the best food (fried octopus was delicious).
