From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old.

The hotel will collect a refundable deposit of MYR100 for incidental charges upon check-in.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.

Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder'ss credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: - Authorization letter with cardholder's signature - Copy of cardholder, credit card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security reasons, credit cards used for nonrefundable bookings must be presented upon check-in.

From 1st January 2023, Renovation Notice

In our effort to continue to enhance the property and services, we are renovating our Boardwalk from now until 28 March 2022.

The Boardwalk will not be accessible during this period, Renovation will commence from 8am to 6pm, and noise hours will be from 9am to 5pm.

We seek your kind cooperation and acceptance towards our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences caused.

A heritage fee of RM3 per room per night is applied to all guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Please take note that all receipt can be collected from the Front Office upon check out.

A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
