A clean town which looks like it has no crime. We went to the police station for directions and found 2 officers there at 01h00. There were no people to report crime. The officers were even looking drowsy because they had nothing to do.

Swakopmund is so beautiful, couldn't take my eyes off the buildings. They were so mesmerizing. The streets are well organized and very safe neighborhoods. My favorite place was the beach ⛱️. We ate at Spur, KFC and Shoprite. The food was delicious 😋 It's very easy to get around Swakopmund and the people there, were very nice. The only thing I felt needed to be improved especially in the activities we did was tour guiding. I wish they could have explained more on each tour.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

A little piece of Germany tucked onto the Namibian shore of the Atlantic Ocean. I felt comfortable walking around the town and down to the beach. It is a quiet place with no nightlife to write home about. People seem to be generally friendly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are party animal.

My room overlooked the Ocean, my reason for being is Swakopmund. The beaches and surrounding grass and promenade were spotlesly clean as was the town. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. The rims are beautifully painted and decorated. I loved the old wooden floors and the lovely furniture. Everything is thoughtful and pretty. If you are looking for a unique place to stay, this is it! Riaan the owner goes out of the way to make you comfortable. He helped us settle in, told us lots about the area and even let us sample some of the local dishes. We felt instantly welcomed!UteGermany

The inn is close to the centre and to the beach, in a very quiet and safe area. I stayed 9 night and worked remotely, the WiFi is great and the rooms look amazing. Loved the attention to details, like having a water boiler for the coffee and glasses for the wine. Highly recommended ❤️

Everything is in walking distance. I got an apartment with a spacious bedroom cum bathroom and an even larger living room. Everything is modern, stylish and practical. THe breakfast buffet offers a nice English breakfast. And last not least all the staff members were super friendly and efficient.
