An old colonial style hotel, with old finishes but still in excellent condition. Set on the old train station. Felt like we went back in time. It was so lovely. Gorgeous gardens and stunning swimming pool. Bradley was fantastic and so helpful, always smiling and full of joy. Very welcoming.

A clean town which looks like it has no crime. We went to the police station for directions and found 2 officers there at 01h00. There were no people to report crime. The officers were even looking drowsy because they had nothing to do.

Swakopmund is so beautiful, couldn't take my eyes off the buildings. They were so mesmerizing. The streets are well organized and very safe neighborhoods.
My favorite place was the beach ⛱️. We ate at Spur, KFC and Shoprite. The food was delicious 😋
It's very easy to get around Swakopmund and the people there, were very nice.
The only thing I felt needed to be improved especially in the activities we did was tour guiding. I wish they could have explained more on each tour.

A little piece of Germany tucked onto the Namibian shore of the Atlantic Ocean. I felt comfortable walking around the town and down to the beach. It is a quiet place with no nightlife to write home about. People seem to be generally friendly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are party animal.

A trip to the coast especially Swakopmund is always exciting and way too relaxing. A small and Friendly town with residents ready to assist when you need any information. Hansa Hotel has been my favorite lunch place and "old days" memories.

My room overlooked the Ocean, my reason for being is Swakopmund. The beaches and surrounding grass and promenade were spotlesly clean as was the town. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Taxies were readily available but one had to negotiate the price as there was a great variance in price.

I have come to Swakopmund for many many years now, and it is always a beautiful Town to explore.
You can just relax at the sea side or do many of the offered activities,
The Food in many of the old Restaurants is very good.
I loved everything about this place. The owners were lovely and even allowed us to check out an hour later than check out time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped with everything you may need for self catering. Perfect place if you traveling with family. The location is quiet and is close to a couple of restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn't mind coming back.
SeafrontC is a huge apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a large livingroom and kitchen. Each room has a balcony and wide windows facing the beach and the Ocean. Arriving there after an endless drive on the horrible C14 was like arriving to a safe harbor! the owner was very prompt to answer to all our enquiries via Whatsapp. Is is just half way between Walvis Bay and Swakopmund.
Great location, 5-10 minutes stroll by foot to the main beach and really nice restaurants like Andy's nearby few minutes walk away. Helpful staff and very nice facilities for the price. I will choose the same property for some of the next Swakopmund visits as well. Inside the yard parking brings some extra comfort when staying in the center with a rental car.
The location is great, not far from the beach, walking distance to the beach. The area is secure and there is a small parking inside available. The reception guy has been very friendly and the check in/out was smooth. It's a self catering cottages (no breakfast as mentionned on my title, i couldnt edit it).
Perfect walkable location in Swakopmund for beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Private driveway for parking. Hosts are a lovely couple who live in separate home in front and were available for any questions we had about the area.
The location was great. Close to the beach and lots of options to eat and drink. Close to beachfront for a run in the morning. Secure parking in the basement. Good quality Wifi. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Can really recommend the Atlantic Garden Boutique Hotel.
Our family room had a direct sea view, it was comfortable, clean & central.
The beautiful building is historical and has most of it's original features, high ceilings and gorgeous wooden floors.
Ms Memory and the owners of the hotel were very kind and accommodating.
Nice, modern place in the center of town. Parking on a public (but monitored) lot next to the hotel. Not a problem: Swakop feels rather safe. Excellent restaurant recommendations at the reception desk. Do ask!
Property was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bed was very comfortable and had all the necessities. Only thing is its a bit far out of main Swakopmund but very close to a mall and a beach.
the second time we stayed at the beach lodge and it is still very good
nice room, very good breakfast, perfect staff and more over we had sunny weather in Swakopmund which is quite seldom so all was perfect
Great location in Swakopmund. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious for two people. Room was extremely clean. Our host was very friendly and flexible when we decided to extend our stay.
Beautiful and comfortable home with spa like bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering and there was a washing machine. The host was very helpful.
Good breakfast. The guesthouse is very near of the beach, shops and the town. Swakopmund is a small village, a cute paradise in the midle of Namid desert.
