A clean town which looks like it has no crime. We went to the police station for directions and found 2 officers there at 01h00. There were no people to report crime. The officers were even looking drowsy because they had nothing to do.

Swakopmund is so beautiful, couldn't take my eyes off the buildings. They were so mesmerizing. The streets are well organized and very safe neighborhoods. My favorite place was the beach ⛱️. We ate at Spur, KFC and Shoprite. The food was delicious 😋 It's very easy to get around Swakopmund and the people there, were very nice. The only thing I felt needed to be improved especially in the activities we did was tour guiding. I wish they could have explained more on each tour.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

A little piece of Germany tucked onto the Namibian shore of the Atlantic Ocean. I felt comfortable walking around the town and down to the beach. It is a quiet place with no nightlife to write home about. People seem to be generally friendly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are party animal.

My room overlooked the Ocean, my reason for being is Swakopmund. The beaches and surrounding grass and promenade were spotlesly clean as was the town. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped with everything you may need for self catering. Perfect place if you traveling with family. The location is quiet and is close to a couple of restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn't mind coming back.
