The ACs didn’t work in either room they charged me extraThen what I booked it for and then try to charge double price per room so they only charged me an extra 10,000 lol I’m from usa they are not friendly to American white people. And I paid for ac and the ac in whole plan didn’t work then they also gave me a worse room than I booked for they said they gave my room away then charged more was super hot and sucked don’t recommend not even in the worst emergency.

One thing I don’t like about hotels in Nigeria is that when you book for 2 they only want to serve breakfast for one never see that before they are cheating people and some rooms are not as described so have to be careful when booking I don’t like people that lies just to make money . Sorry to say but that is the truth and booking. Com should tell them what they are doing to customers are not good. And sometimes they cheat on booking.com by telling the people to cancel and stay less money but nothing really less. Please customers should not listen to them to cancel if you booked from booking.com

Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland.
Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland. It’s more convenient for the Lagos airports (local and international). Ikeja was the place to be before everyone moved to the Island/Lekki. It it is still a good place for shopping and fun. Lots of eateries/restaurants and clubs to enjoy at. Lots of salons and spa places without Lekki prices (shhh, our secret!). Also has the fabulous Ikeja Mall and highbrow GRA district. It’s easy to move around to other places in Lagos such as Maryland and the ‘gritty’ Ogba and Agege suburbs. For my stay, I ate at Tasty Chicken outlet in Opebi and my hotel restaurant (Ibis). Walked to a really good salon on Toyin Street and had a fabulous manicure pedicure. Was also able to pick up some local foodstuff at the Ogba Retail Market. I’m still a mainland girl at heart.

The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy.
The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy. So before you book anything I would find out the correct price. I checked and double checked and was still charged $300 more than I was quoted. Be careful

Ikeja is a nice neighborhood but the ibis hotel is total rubbish. The rooms are very small with the wall that’s old and a 14 inches TV. The picture quality of the tv is nonsense and the cable offers limited option. Customer service is zero and the overall customer experience is terrible. Will never recommend this hotel for anyone
The best hotel I've stayed in Ikeja. The staffs are competent, Welcoming and respectful. Delicious food and nice environment. Top notch servces.
I will definitely be back soon and sure will recommend to others.
Keep up the good work!
The location is excellent. Easy access to wherever you want to go in Lagos, and walking distance from goo food. The food is very good also. I will give them a pass mark for customer service. They can use some improvement though.
The staff are so friendly! They are all eager to help. It was so wonderful to have things working, and feel comfortable and safe at the hotel while we there in Lagos, having Visa on arrival complications.
The hotel is in a good location, which is quiet. Varied option for lunch and dinner meals. My children loved the noodles as they were flexible to make them to their needs.
I chose Ibis Hotel, due to its location to the venue of a party I was attending. Finding it in Ikeja wasn't difficult and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
The receptionist name by Faith was so amazing and very receptive . I hope the management get to recognize her work and her smile in front end of the hotel
