Portharcourt has improved since my last visit about 6yrs ago. Roads Network is very much improved and new recreational facilities evidently developed over the years. Though a short visit would recommend a guided trip with known and trusted indigenes.Soyannwo - 10Scored 10

I loved the variety of native meals available and fresh juice. Boli and fish tops the chat. Oh how I enjoyed the native soup at M&I, not forgetting the unripe plantain porridge at Lucian Exclusive Hotel. My visit to Pleasure Park was the icing on the cake. PH is a must visit. Availablity of Bolt was also great plus the fact that it is cheap. Good road network. I would visit PH anytime, anyday.Blessing - 8.0Scored 8.0

Port Harcourt is a pleasant City with markedly improved infrastructure over the last decade . There are many interesting places to visit for business or leisure. There is however, growing concern over the quality of air which the authorities should address. Currently even without the advent of the Corona Virus, it is advisable to wear a facial mask when out of doors to filter the air.

The security in the town has improved. Traffic is slow. The junctions are not properly manned by traffic police. ATM machines are inadequate. There is always a queue. The weather was just perfect, cool and windy.
The weather was just perfect, cool and windy. I love straight breeze from the ocean, feel this way all day I spend outside. I felt safe above all. Always think PHC is unsafe due to the activities of the kipnappers as I hear all the time in the media. Turn out to be that there are actually people driving and walking the street in PHC. Day/Night life better than what I experience in Lagos. Lagos roads are messed up, can hardly find a 1km stretch of lagos road that is clean and free of noise from the friction between car tyres and d road, but PHC, got it right. Love the city. Note: I ama Lagosian, born, schooled and working in lagos all my life.
